Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 8, 2021, Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), at which a quorum was present. The Company held its Annual Meeting to consider and vote on the two proposals set forth below, each of which is described in greater detail in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, which was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 29, 2021. The final voting results are set forth below.

Proposal 1 - Election of Class I Director

The Company’s stockholders elected Dean Mitchell to serve as a Class I member of the Board of Directors of the Company for a three-year term ending at the Company’s 2024 annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is duly elected and qualified, subject to his earlier death, resignation or removal, with the votes cast as follows:
